What Is Sheet Vinyl Flooring?
Sheet vinyl is one of the most dependable flooring options available, especially for rooms that see moisture, heavy use, or both. Installed as a single continuous roll, it creates a seamless surface with no grout lines, no gaps, and no places for water to seep through.
Modern sheet vinyl has come a long way. Today’s designs convincingly replicate the look of hardwood, stone, and tile at a fraction of the cost, with none of the maintenance demands. It’s soft underfoot, quiet, warm, and genuinely easy to clean.
At Heritage Floors, we carry sheet vinyl from some of the most trusted names in the industry, and our installation team has the precision to cut, seam, and fit it properly. The difference between a good sheet vinyl job and a bad one comes down entirely to who installs it.

Room VisualizerSee It in Your Space Before You Commit
Not sure how a particular style will look in your kitchen or bathroom? The Roomvo Visualizer lets you upload a photo of your actual space and preview sheet vinyl options before you commit. It takes about 30 seconds and removes a lot of guesswork.
Which Is Right for You?Sheet Vinyl vs. Luxury Vinyl Plank
Both are vinyl. Both are waterproof. The right choice depends on your room, your priorities, and your budget.
Sheet Vinyl
Installed as a single continuous roll, sheet vinyl creates a fully seamless surface. This makes it particularly well-suited for bathrooms, laundry rooms, and kitchens where water resistance is the top priority and foot traffic patterns are predictable. It's also one of the most cost-effective options in our showroom.
Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP)
LVP comes in individual planks and tiles, offering a more realistic wood or stone look and greater flexibility in layout design. It's ideal for larger open areas, living spaces, and rooms where aesthetics are the primary driver. Both options are waterproof; LVP simply offers more visual range.
Still weighing your options? Come into our Ronks showroom and we’ll walk you through both side by side.
Installation: What To Expect
Sheet vinyl installation looks simple from the outside. It isn’t. Precise measuring, careful cutting, proper adhesive application, and clean seam work are what separate a floor that lasts a decade from one that starts lifting at the edges within a year.
Our installation team handles every step with care, from subfloor prep and leveling to final trimming and cleanup. Heritage Floors meets the manufacturer’s installation standards on every job — which matters both for the result you see and for the warranty behind it.
